What kind of insurance do you accept?

While Ketamine is not generally covered by insurance, there are a number of options we can assist you with, from helping provide you superbills for reimbursement to working on a care plan that your insurance may partially or fully cover.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Once you select a plan, you will create an account in our online wellness portal. From there, you will be able to schedule sessions with providers included in your plan.  You may be able to schedule with additional providers but additional charges may apply.

What kind of services do you offer?

We offer a range of healthcare, physical, and mental wellness services, including healing talk practices, ketamine-assisted therapy, and other health, wellness, fitness, nutritional, and spiritual support.

Where will my medicine be shipped from?

If you are prescribed medication, it will be shipped directly to your home from one of our compounding pharmacy partners. If you have any questions about your medication, the pharmacy's contact information will be included with your medication.

Our primary pharmacy partner is Precision Compounding Pharmacy located at 2657 Merrick Road Bellmore, NY 11710.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your insurance card if applicable, a photo ID, and a list of any medications you are currently taking to discuss with your clinician.

How can I obtain my medical records?

You can request a copy of your medical records by contacting our office. Please note that there may be a fee associated with this service. We can also share your health records electronically with your primary care provider for a more integrative experience.
